Machines > Antiques
Some of the most visually beautiful (and mechanically solid) machines ever made for chocolate production were built in the late 1800's to early 1900's.
These Victorian machines are becoming increasingly impossible to find. We are continually searching the world for remaining examples. Our travels have taking us from eastern block countries to the remotes of Bolivia.
Machines are transported to New York and as a labor of love we rebuild these machines. Where appropriate we modernize, adding modern digital controls, motors, burners, etc… The chassis are built like tanks and once rebuilt will last for another lifetime of constant production.
We envision these machines to be the centerpieces of a Artisanal factories.
